Slow Juicer [WSJ-500]
Information
- Carefully read and follow the instructions
for safe and trouble-free use of the appliance.
- Do not use for more than 30 minutes at a time.
- It may cause a failure due to overheating of the motor.
- When using continuously, stop and cool it down for about 10 minutes between
every 30 minutes operation.
- Do not put your ngers or other objects into the outlets during operation.
- It may cause damage to rotating components or a serious injury.
- Use only the pusher to press down the ingredients.
- It may cause damage to rotating components, an injury or a failure.
- Do not juice any dry ingredients.
- It may cause serious damages to components or a failure
- Do not operate the appliance when the bowl is empty.
- It may cause a failure due to abrasion of various components.
- Do not make appliance reversely rotates during a normal operation when
juicing strong ingredients such as carrot, radich, or sweet potato.
- It may cause a damage or injury if any chunk is caught between the screw
and the hopper lid during reverse operation.
- Do not put grains, fruit with hard seed or nuts with hard shell such as
walnuts.
- It may cause damage to screw supporter, juicing screw, strainer, etc.
- Fruits with pits and hard seeds such as peaches, apricots, plums, mangos,
and persimmons must be pitted before juicing.
- Do not juice ingredients with tough or thick skin.
- Fruits with tough or thick skin such as pineapples, watermelons, and oranges
must be peeled before juicing.
- Do not put any frozen fruit, vegetables or ice.
- It may cause damage to components or a failure. Completely defrost the frozen
fruits or vegetables before juicing.
- Do not juice seafood and meat.
- It may cause a failure or performance degradation.
- Do not juice fruit preserved by sugar, honey, alcohol and etc.
- It may cause a failure or performance degradation.
Assembly

Step 1
Place the strainer into the rotation wiper.

Step 2
Place the set of strainer and rotation wiper into the bowl and push
down the strainer until it clicks into place.
Make sure the red dot on the strainer lines up with the red dot on the
bowl.

Step 3
Place the juicing screw into the center of strainer.
Push down and twist the juicing screw clockwise and counterclockwise
until it drops perfectly.

Step 4
Place the screw supporter on the rotation wiper.
Match the side groove of the screw supporter to the protrusion on the
side of rotation wiper and turn until it completely sits onto the groove
on the juicing screw.

Step 5
- Place the hopper onto the bowl. Make sure the red dot on the hopper
lid is aligned with the red dot on the Bowl.
- Turn the hopper clockwise until the lid clicks into the locked position.
You can listen "click" sound when it reaches the right position.

Step 6
- Assemble the top-set onto the base. Make sure the arrow symbol (▼)
on the hopper lid is aligned with the arrow symbol (▲) on the handle.
- It may not get done at once if the motor shaft of base and the hole
of juicing screw do not match. Then, slightly turn it toward left and
right directions.

- If the base and top-set are incompletely assembled, the appliance would not
start operating by the double safety lock. The ▼ symbol on the lid and the ▲
symbol on the handle must be matched for the operation.
After Use
1. Click「REV」to turn the switch back to the「OFF」position. Ensure the motor
stops completely and unplug the power cord.
2. Hold the bowl with both hands and lift them up to separate the top-set from
the base.
3. Disassemble the components in a reverse order of they were assembled.

① Turn the hopper lid in a counter-clockwise direction to open.
② Remove the screw supporter.
③ Remove the juicing screw, strainer and rotation wiper from the bowl.
※ Remove the juicing screw, strainer and rotation wiper from the bowl.
- Lift the top-set by gently turning to the left and right direction.
- If still not working, open the hopper lid and turn the juicing screw
slightly in a counter-clockwise direction.

Caution
- Never use scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agent, harsh detergents or any
sharp cleaning tools.
- Do not wash them in a dishwasher or a dish dryer.
- Wash the top-set immediately after each use. If you skip the cleaning, pulp
may be stuck to the top-set and it may cause a failure or performance degradation.
4. Rinse each component with provided cleaning brush and brush the inside and
outside
under running water.
5. Do not wash the base with water or any liquid but wipe with a soft towel
or damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
6. After each cleaning, allow components to air-dry completely and store in
a clean and safe place.
7. For a easy cleaning without disassembling, pour water into the hoper tube
after closing the juice cap and operate the appliance. After a while, open the
juice cap and discharge the water.
